JUNE 5, 2012 is the date that has been set for arbitration in my case against William H. Pollack and Pollack broadcasting. On that date it will be proven that pollack lied when he stated that I am in debt to him for $85,000, it will also be proven that in fact he owes me money and based on a letter he sent to Charloote Bergmann Republican Tea Party candidate for congress that he conspired with her to remove me from the airwaves. It will also be shown that Pollack has a history of breaching contracts and has judgements against him for over $1 million dollars for this history.
